NOTICE OF THE 2011 GEORGIA REPUBLICAN 6th CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT REAPPORTIONMENT MEETING

The 6th District Congressional Committee of the Georgia Republican Party (GRP), pursuant to the Rules of the GRP as adopted by the State Committee on April 2, 2011, hereby issues this notice to all those who (1) are electors of the new 6th Congressional District and (2) were serving as Congressional District Committee members on the date the new Congressional Districts were determined, to meet as provided in Rule 8.3 for the purpose of electing District Officers for the new 6th Congressional District Committee in accordance with GRP Rule 8.3. Such officers shall serve until their successors are elected at the 2013 District Convention. The said 6th District Committee meeting may also adopt rules for the 6th District Committee, which rules will become effective upon the filing required in GRP Rule 9.12. Said meeting shall be held on:

November 9, 2011 at 7pm

Roswell, Georgia 30076.
